About me? I live in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina that I love dearly. Every morning when I wake up, I look out my living room window and thank the Good Lord for another day and that I have such a beautiful view. Millions of people from miles around come to see the views I treasure. I've been carving since 1990. One day I saw a fellow on the side of the road carving, and thought, If he can do it, so can I. I went out bought a chainsaw, found some wood and started carving. I wasn't too bad for a beginner, but my first pieces didn't turn out perfect either. It took time to master my trade and my speed.
