The first piece is from a project I did with my friend and co-artist Mountain Dan. Mine is the bear cubs carved into a 17 ft. tree in both photographs. Dan's is the Mother Bear -- 6ft standing in front on the second photo.

This next photo I call "Sleeping Angel" -- an angel laying on her wing and taking a nap.
It's made from cedar and is about 18 inches in width.

Lee at Mountain Dan's working on a Wall Hanging with Trees, log cabin, mountains and water falls. In the center, the carving is cut all the way through and will hold a mirror.

These next two pictures are different views of a bench Lee recently did with a bear head carved into the back with rolling mountains and a bear on each end.

![]() This is another onsite carving of a bird bath with a cardinal on the side. It was made from a huge oak tree that was lost from a storm, but not wasted. |
